- Connecting with the Breath -
In yoga, breathing can transform a static or strained asana practice into a fluid and organic experience. The breath is an integral element and when we learn to listen to it, it can inform the way we move.
This 1.5 hour workshop will incorporate a warming vinyasa (flowing) sequence to build strength and flexibility, some nourishing restorative poses to calm the nervous system and end in a short meditation.
At Joyoga we welcome and encourage people of all abilities to participate.
What to bring: please wear comfortable active wear and bring some water. Mats and props will be provided but please feel free to bring your own.
